Starting With a Used 4.3 Diff All Units Are:
- Disassembled, Cleaned, and Inspected
- New Torsen Unit Installed and Blueprinted
- Adjust Ramp Lockup
- Setup Pinion Gear
- Check Gear Engangement
- Completely Assembled
- Set Lash
- Torque to Spec Crush Tube
- New Diff Side Bearings, Pinion Bearing, and Seal Installed
- Remove Diff Balancer
Unit is Sent Ready to Install Into Housing
Housing Option:
- Welded, Reinforced Housing
- Both Wings Reinforced
- New Side Seals, Vent, Drain, and Fill Plugs
Diff Purchased with Housing Will Come Assembled and Ready to Install In Car
- The Corresponding Driveshaft and CV Axles from a 94 to 05 Manual Transmission Car Need to be Used to Make it a Bolt in Deal.
