All of our injectors follow the same service procedure:
We do a visual inspection for any cracks, missing or broken pieces
Injector bodies are cleaned
Electrical testing to verify the resistance of the internal coil.
Leak testing is done at 10/50 and 100psi
Spray pattern Inspection and Flow Volume Measurement are tested
All o-rings filters and seals that can be replaced are.
Ultrasonic Bathing with injectors pulsed and backflushed to remove any remaining contamination
Flow sheets included.
Note: Please install injectors in a timely manner from receipt. Failure to install may cause the calibration fluid to dry up and cause injector to freeze. As a result, no returns on injectors will be accepted after 30 days of purchase unless faulty.
