Product Overview
Our Rebuilt and Blueprinted NC 5 speed transmissions are all updated or rebuilt for better shift action and longevity.
Every gearbox is completely disassembled, inventoried and evaluated prior to cleaning. Bearings, synchronizers and springs are among the multiple items replaced with uprated versions for hard use. In addition the motorsports splined 5th gear spacer is installed to stop split countershafts.
Included with every gearbox:
- Master Cylinder
- Slave Cylinder
- 1 pc. braided clutch hose
Each and every transmission is dyno tested in an actual car to break in and seat all of the internals in a controlled setting.
The shift action is verified along with TQ output once the transmission has completed its break in period. Once received, it will be ready for use either on the track or street.
NO ONE ELSE goes through these types of quality checks.
Mazda Motorsports optional gearset is available as an option. The gear sets are constructed using a high-strength 9310 alloy, resulting in improved durability and resistance to wear and tear. Perfect for any boosted application and extreme track use. This alloy upgrade ensures that the transmission can withstand the rigorous demands of racing and deliver reliable performance under extreme conditions.
